Magic is a thing in Hollowheid commonly known about. It's presence is not a secret and has been passed down from previous generations.

Some magic is only available to certain races. For example, Destrians can only posses Dane magic. Magic is divided up into two groups which is Dane Magic and Haene Magic. Dane Magic is good magic with good intentions. It can help defend against attacks and attack an evil source. Haene Magic is bad magic with bad intentions. It's often used to seek out hurt and attack anything with good intentions. It can even harm the user in some cases. Haene Magic often has consequences that vary from case to case. Some Haene Magic can be very draining on the user.
